I Think I Can. I Think I Can.

A few months ago I was looking through old pictures and realized I have had short hair for over 15 years. Some pictures it is super short and others it is just short. I. Want. A. Change. I want long hair and a pony tail before I turn 30 in two years. *ahem* A year a two months. Tear. I have been a good girl and have stayed away from the salon. Instead of going every 3-4 weeks I have only been going every 8 weeks. This is huge for me!! I feel like I am on a 12 step program for being a beautyshopaholic. When I have bad hair days and go to dial Sara's number I say to myself, "I think I can, I think I can..I want a ponytail, I want a ponytail." Crazy as it sounds it works!!

Anywho....I went in the week before last for a color and trim. This is the picture I took for color inspiration. I knew Sara would not be able to do mine exactly like this but I love the dark with blonde highlights...

And this is what my ahhhMAZING stylist came up with!! She colored my hair all over a shade lighter than my natural color and then did chunky highlights underneath, mainly in the front so when I pull my hair half up the color shows! It's so pretty!
Brannon and I caught a few of these purdy fish on Saturday. We are hanging onto summer and this beautiful weather for as long as we can. What is everyone dressing up as for Halloween?!! Brannon and I have our first costume party of the season tomorrow and still have no costumes. We might not even dress up. Lame, I know.
