What in the...?

Honestly, I cannot stand any of the Kartrashian's *ahem* I mean Kardashian's but I got sucked into all of the wedding hoopla surrounding Kim and Kris's nuptials. I mean..how could I not?! Kim requested that all of her guest come dressed only in black or white. Boy would Jill Zarin have a fit about that!!! Ha!!
Anyway...tonight I was searching the internet for wedding photos and came across this photo of Lindsay and Dina Lohan looking so regal.
What ARE they wearing?!! Who dressed them? Who did their hair and makeup?! This is bad, really bad. I am at a loss for words. To me it looks like they scored both dresses on a JC Penney clearance rack. Oy vey!
